History - TCF New Zealand
Introduction
It was in the early 1980's that TCF was established in New Zealand. Firstly in Whanganui and the southern Otago region. Groups have come and gone over the years. We in New Zealand are non-profit, voluntary chapters (groups) Some groups meet together – There are also telephone friends who are willing to chat on the phone.
